Forensic Edge Assessment
Pre-inspection of current edge condition and bevel angle, with digital microscope and precision calipers. (Before and After video per knife/tool available; see pricing)
Precise Flat-Bevel Sharpening
Full burr-reduction techniques reveal a razor-sharp, ridiculously-durable edge (optimizing edge geometry based on the metallurgy or your edges); using Diamond Plates, Japanese Whetstones, and Specialty Files, with focus on keeping edges cutting efficiently for longer between sharpening
Final Polish
Most edges are finished on my shop strop (loaded with .25 micron diamond polishing paste on the prep side) and tested for flawless cutting performance before being returned
